We the staff of First Baptist Lake Park are so excited that you have allowed your child(ren) to be a part of this awesome ministry training and equipping each child in God’s ways. Every child is extremely important here at First Baptist Lake Park. We want to help the children to grow up with good feelings about God, church, and themselves, so that they will eagerly absorb God’s love and God’s word, into their minds, hearts, and actions. 

In order to accomplish this, we are creating an environment where kids and families have fun together, learn together, and form lasting relationships with Christ and others. We have created a place where kids and families are celebrated, where fun is always close by, and where love encompasses all we do.

Our goal is to teach children in a way that they can understand that God loves them and has a plan for their lives. Our purpose is to instill the character, biblical foundations, and principles of Christ into the hearts and minds of all children. Our mission is:

“To impact the children of our community with the message of Christ’s unconditional love, encouraging children to grow in a personal relationship with Christ and to foster growth through biblical teaching, role modeling, and self-esteem building.”

Every encounter your child has at First Baptist Lake Park is designed to be a safe environment that nurtures each child spiritually, physically, socially, emotionally, and mentally. To insure a safe environment, all of our volunteers have a heart for children and have passed a fingerprinting and background check.
